How do I place an order?
Order online:
Ordering from Mi Regalo is fast, safe, easy and you can do it 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once you've added items to your cart, follow the simple checkout instructions and we'll process your order right away. You can also put your items on hold by saving them to your cart or wishlist so you can access them later.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Ideal, PayPal, Mastercard and American Express (in store). For your own safety, you can only pay with master card, maestro and visa via PAYPAL. that ensures that if something ever goes wrong with the order you can always get your money back.

Is your website secure?
The security of personal information is a high priority for us. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration, and destruction of the personal information in our possession. All information you submit on Miregalo.nl is processed through a standard data encryption system called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Will I receive an order confirmation?
When placing an order with Mi Regalo , you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order has been placed. We will also send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don't receive an email confirmation, check your "bulk" or "junk" folder and it should be there. If you have any questions, please contact us.
What should I do if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase? How do I return it?
We are committed to selecting and selling products made from the highest quality materials, built by highly skilled people to exacting standards. We also maintain up-to-date information on all of our products so that you can make informed choices when you buy from us. However, we understand that sometimes you just change your mind. We want your shopping experience at Mi Regalo to be a positive one.
You may return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price under certain conditions. Please see our return policy on our site for more information.
Do you pay for return shipping?
Our customers pay the shipping costs for returns. See the return policy section for more information.
Damaged Goods Policy.
Items are carefully packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but damage sometimes occurs along the way.
Please check your purchase immediately upon receipt. Please contact us immediately if there is any damage or if a product is defective.
To process your claim, please send us low-resolution digital photos, including a photo of the box the item was shipped in, to Info@miregalo.nl Please make sure to keep all original packaging materials! We will work with you to ensure that your item(s) are replaced in a timely manner, at no additional cost to you.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Please see our Shipping section for more information on our shipping policies. Items in stock will ship within 48 hours of purchase. If the item says "Available to order", it means the item is out of stock and needs to be ordered.
