RETURN POLICY
Mi Regalo wants you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from us and is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue a refund under the following conditions:
All returns must be pre-authorized by sending an email to info@miregalo.nl
Specify the following:
your original order number (if applicable),
your name (and/or the name under which the item was ordered),
and the product you are returning.
You will be given a Return Authorization Number to submit with your returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: Any item returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
Item will be returned within 15 days of receipt
Return shipments must be accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition with all original packaging. At our discretion, any returned item not in its original packaging and in new condition may be subject to an additional charge of up to 50% of the value of the item.
Return shipping is your responsibility, so we recommend that you use a service that has tracking capabilities for insurance purposes
Limited products cannot be returned, so make sure you know what you want before ordering. If you are not sure whether you want to return an item, please contact us.
The actual cost of the first shipment will be deducted from the refund total
A surcharge of at least 20% will be charged on all returns

Damaged returns
We try to ensure that your package arrives to you safely and intact. However, it may happen that you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping. In such cases we will make every effort to obtain your replacement copy as soon as possible and free of charge. To satisfy our insurer, damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If damage does occur, please review our policy for receiving and returning damaged items below:
Only external damage to the package
If you receive a package with obvious damage to the outside of the box or packaging, but believe the item is intact on the inside, please make this in writing to the courier when signing for your package. If no external damage is reported, we cannot be held responsible for any product damage and will not accept returns or refunds.
Damage to packaging and contents
If a package appears to be significantly damaged, you can refuse delivery of the item. It is then returned to its place of origin. Notify us immediately if this happens and we will arrange for a replacement or a FULL refund to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Content damage only
If your intact packaging is found to contain damaged contents, DO NOT throw away the original packaging. Please contact us directly and follow the steps below.
For each of the previous scenarios, follow these return instructions:
Take photos of damage to items and photos of any damage to the packaging. Contact us at info@miregalo.nl or chat with us directly. Please include your original order number (if applicable), your name (or the name under which the item was ordered) and the product you are returning (with photos). You will be given a Return Authorization Number which you may need to submit with your returned item.
Arrangements will be made to replace your damaged item free of charge. Please note that the lead time of your original product may apply for replacement.
We will explain to you how and if you can return the damaged product for a replacement. No refunds will be given for damaged goods. A replacement copy is always sent on time.
Mi Regalo reserves the right to refuse or issue a refund/replacement item in the event that the item is found to be damaged after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem due to normal wear and tear.
Defective merchandise
All defective goods will be replaced or repaired under the manufacturer's warranty. Used equipment has a 30-day warranty.
No refunds or exchanges on:
Items without the original receipt
Limited products (anything out of stock)
